| Description | Thinks there is no reason for Foster to come to the Society before Thursday. The Evolution Committee manage their own business, of which Harrison knows nothing, and the Observatories Committee on Wednesday is meeting principally to consider some scheme for reoragnizing the Indian Observatories and instituting a magnetic survey there.
With regards to the 'International Catalogue [of Scientific Papers]' Foster's tentative Physiology Scheme appears not to have got beyond the stage of proof, and Harrison thinks this is still in Foster's hands. Presumes the Committee on Thursday will be engaged in considering these various schemes side by side and if Foster wishes the Physiology one to be sent round before this meeting there is not much time to spare.
