Description | In the absence of the Assistant Secretary James sends a pay-in-slip and interest warrants as detailed in the accompanying sheet [not enclosed]. Asks these sums to be entered into the pass books before they are returned.
In the Messrs letter of 16th August they pointed out that £116 drawn on the Cavour Canal Bond was passed to the General Account. This may now be transferred to the Trusts account as another bond has been purchased with the proceeds and the transaction is entirely a Trusts matter.
In the General account pass book there is a Wintringham Fund dividend which has not yet been transferred to the Trusts account. In the absence of the pass book the Society can not give the date, but a pencil note has been made against it. |
