Her Majesty's Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs has already obtained from the Government of Spain facilities in connection with the landing of the observing parties and the Lords of Admiralty have placed one of Her Majesty's ships at the services of the expedition for the conveyance of observers from Gibraltar to Alicante. |
