Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir William Crookes, Fellow of the Royal Society |
Date | 2 December 1903 |
Description | A few years ago Francis Fox the engineer, gave a very interesting experimental demonstration at the Soiree with regard to grain pressure. For the next Soiree Fox has offered an exhibit of photographs of the working and records of the temperatures of the Simplon tunnel. Thinks such a show would form an interesting 20 minutes for the meeting room at the next Soiree. Asks if he should accept the other, either for a lantern demonstration or an exhibit of photographs and drawings. |
