| Description | In response to their note of yesterday, the reason for the delay in paying the insurance on the magnetograph at the Falmouth Observatory is due to the question arising of whether the Royal Society should be maintaining this payment. The matter has not been finally decided, and if the policy will lapse, then that cannot be helped. |
