TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to A H Peake, Engineering Laboratory, Cambridge
Date3 April 1905
DescriptionBefore a decision is made regarding the publication of Peake's paper, 'The Determination of the Specific Heat of Superheated Steam by Throttling and other Experiments', Harrison is directed to write with reference to two of the illustrations included which appear to be reproduced by the ferro-prussiate process from original drawings of apparatus used in Peak's experiments, and as the print, which are in white on blue paper, do not lend themselves to process reproduction, he is to ask if Peake could furnish either the original drawings, or more amenable copies, from which blocks could be prepared by direct photography.
