DescriptionIn reply to the Messrs letter of 29 June respecting permission to reproduce an illustration from the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' in Jowet's work on 'lod serum Therapy', provided acknowledgement of the source is made, the Society will have no objection to the proposed reproduction. It is not possible for the Messrs to purchase the original block as these are not lent or sold. Will give the printers instructions to prepare an electro of the block to be sent with their account, if convenient. Asks to know exactly the illustration or illustrations that the Messrs desire to reproduce.
