TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Dr R von Lendenfeld, Universitate, Prague
Date28 August 1906
DescriptionThe Council of the Royal Society have lately had under consideration the question of the disposal of some remainder sets of the edition of Lendenfeld's 'Monograph of the Horny Sponges', published for the Society in 1889 by Trubner & Company. A limited number of volumes in paper wrappers has been apportioned to various scientific societies, and, as a supplement to this distribution, it is thought that Lendenfeld might wish to receive a few volumes himself. If so Harrison would be glad to know how many volumes he requires, which should not exceed twelve, and how they should be consigned.
