Description | Larmor and Bradford are directed to transmit the resolutions of the President and Council regarding the foundation of an Experimental Tank at the National Physical Laboratory. They are also directed to state at the deal of the Royal Society has been duly affixed at Council to the transfer of £11,500 stock which with Yarrow's cheque of £4101. 5. 0covers the amount of Yarrow's generous benefaction. A construction account has accordingly been opened. The President and Council suggest the same "National Experimental Tank" as Yarrow did not desire the name "Yarrow Experimental Tank".' |
