| Description | In response to Shaw's letter of 10 December, Larmor is directed to inform the Meteorological Committee through him that the Report of the Joint Committee to which they refer has been under the consideration of President and Council, who agree to the arrangement therein contained (Section 10), with the modifications now inserted in writing in the printed proof, which Council understands will probably meet with the approval of the Meteorological Committee. President and Council are prepared to recommend the arrangement to H M Treasury. |
