Title | Copy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Sir William Crookes, Foreign Secretary of the Royal Society |
Date | 22 October 1910 |
Description | P Lowell's paper was referred to [Alfred] Fowler. His private report is enclosed [no enclosures]. The plates would cost £10. It would be a great bother to communicate with him as Fowler suggests, and he would resent it. It is also sent to Crookes for the Royal Institution. Larmor enquires whether anything would be gained by Crookes communicating it to the Royal Society. He has not been asked to do so, and it would not fail for want of publicity. |
