| Title | Copy letter from [Alfred Hastings] White, Assistant Librarian of the Royal Society; to Sir [Edward Albert] Sharpey-Schafer, FRS |
| Date | 3 January 1921 |
| Description | Reminds Sir [Edward Albert] Sharpey-Schafer that when he communicated Professor Jolly's paper on 'Reflex times' he also sent in an estimate for the illustrations, provided by Stevenson Cooper & Co, and suggested it might be worthwhile comparing their costs with the Society's engravers. Explains that there appears to be some confusion around the number of illustrations, with Stevenson's estimate saying 7 half-tones, whereas there are only 5. Asks Sir Sharpey-Schafer if he can shed any light on this. |
