TitleCopy letter from Francis Alexander Towle, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society; to Messrs. W. Dawson & Sons, Cannon House, Bream's Buildings, EC4
Date7 July 1928
DescriptionReplies that James Jeans has been consulted and confirmed he has not written a pamphlet titled 'Report on the Electron Theory,' Suggests the title might have been confused with 'Report on Radiation and the Quantum Theory' or with a later paper, being a report on the Kelvin Lecture 'Electric Forces and Quanta'. The latter appears in Vol.115 of the 'Nature' Journal.
