DescriptionTitled 'Smithson Fellowship'. Has the pleasure in informing Dr. F. D. F. Murray of his appointment as a Research Fellow from 1 January 1931. States that Murray must become a member of the University of Cambridge under Regulation 13, but can waive Regulation 5, that the work must be conducted at the University, as Murray wishes to continue at the Strangeways Research Laboratory. Sends a postal order of 14/4 to pay for the travel expenses of the interview.
