TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Mr F E Bexandall, Royal College of Science, South Kensington, S.W.
Date3 July 1893
Description'Dear Sir,
Respecting your query dated June 30, we had no means of informing you what stars had their spectra shown in one of the plates belonging to Prof. Lockyer's paper, the plates being in the engravers' hands. I sent on, however, your note to the engravers (the Woodbury Permanent Photographs Co. [Company], 6 Great New Street, E.C.) with the request that they would answer your question. If they have not done so, you had better write to them direct.
Yours truly,
H Rix
Asst. Sec. R.S. [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.
