DescriptionDraft version of an article, originally comissioned as preface to the chemistry volume of the 'Encyclopedia-Anthology of the Nobel Prize and its recipients'. File includes some editorial correspondence; Robinson's final draft was sent to the publishers in July 1960, but remained unpublished as of 1962 when the correspondence ceases. Also contains a draft for another article entitled 'The Chemistry Prize for 1947', possibly intended for the same publication. Principal correspondents include Francois-Joachim Beer and Daniel Norman.
