TitleReferee's Report by A E [Arthur Edwin] Boycott on a paper 'The biological characters of spontaneous tumours of the mouse with special reference [to] rate of growth' by A [Sir Alexander] Haddow
CreatorBoycott; Arthur Edwin (1877-1938); British pathologist and naturalist
Date15 April 1938
DescriptionPaper reference code: B.12

Report refers to both papers by Haddow [see also RR/W/7/6]. They are the result of painstaking work, but not concise and there are too many charts and photographs for reproduction. Worth publishing after 'some editorial revision', but not suitable for either the 'Transactions' or the 'Proceedings'. Given the highly technical detail in the papers, they should be considered for the Journal of Pathology or a specialist cancer journal.
