DescriptionParsons has suggested that some of the German refugees should be invited to attend the dinner for [Charles Vernon] Boys and he wouldlike Tizard's views. Thorpe does not think this is appropriate. Since Boys did most of his work at the Royal College of Science, and was among the first Fellows of Imperial College, he wonders if the arms should be introduced into the illuminations.
