| Description | Concerning his CRSR appointment. States that since this will shortly come to an end, it was necessary to withdraw the application made to NASA for a grant, which CRSR submitted the previous August. They cannot accept a grant if the prinicpal investigator does not cover the period required to complete the work proposed in the application.
The application could be re-activated from another institution at some future time.
