| Description | States Professor Drake has given him his resignation as Associate Director. The reason is the conflict of interet he feels, and the fact that the NSF would prefer that the Director of NAIC be free from any other administrative burden.
Has asked Professor Sagan who is willing to serve in that capacity. His duties will be minimal - as Professor Drake's - except in Gold's absence. Professor Terzian continues as Assistant Director. If this has Cooke's approval, Gold will announce the change.
