Description | States this is to add to the long list of congratulations. He was dismayed at his withdrawing fromt he race. but is very happy at Mondale's acceptance of the Vice-Presidential nomination.
Gold states he would be most happy to assist Mondale in what he trusts will be the next administartion in any way he can in the field of science, technology and public policy. Gold withdrew from PSAC and all such activity in 1972. Asks him to let him know if Gold can do anything in this area in the coming campaign or thereafter. Suggests that perhaps the Office of Science and Technology should be under the V.P. |
