TitleLetter from Thomas Gold to Dr John Saul, Oryx, 3 rue Bourdaloue, 75009 Paris, France
Date29 December 1978
DescriptionStates it was a pleasure to met him and to hear more about their interesting discovery. Gold will keep him informed the moment they make any further progress with their photographic technique.

Regrets he cannot come to Europe again this winter, but they will have an opportunitye to meet in the next year. If Saul has any comments to make on the long paper Gold left with him, Gold would be most interested, especially if he sees any new angles on the relation between hydrocarbon outgassing and mineralization processes and even circles.
