In May 1991, DDP hired Dr Kenney, President of GRC, as a consultant. In November 1991, it terminated Dr Kenney's employment for breach of contract. GRC claimed that it was entitled to compensation from DDP for Dr Kenney's services and for other work performed during Dr Kenney's time as a consultant. |
