DescriptionList of names with note "This is the whole account of admissions delivered in to the Treasurer by Mr D'acosta who has charged himself with the £5 5s for each admission amounting to thirty two in number, but he has charged only six of the above with the Payment of the Composition money, so that he must produce Bonds for the remaining Twenty six, who by his account, ha has not received the Composition from."
