DescriptionThis is a covering letter for Ronald's letter found at AP/14/17/1. Fallows explains that he had asked Ronald to produce the account, but that Fallows had also witnessed the two reports caused by the meteor. He reports that the phenomenon was also observed in Simon's Town [Western Cape, South Africa], Stellenbosch [Western Cape], and Koe-berg [Western Cape].
