DescriptionHad delayed writing as hoped to have news of when the troops will quit the Field, believes it will be between 20 and 28th October - hopes the Regiments will be able to carry away their sick as they must not keep the house used as a hospital - sends compliments to Mr Gloucester and asks him to employ someone to sort the bedding and mark the small pox bedding and to arrange storage for supplies, airing the bedding every three weeks - asks where he should write to Blagden - there is some money for Blagden for visiting the ground at Warley and Tiptree.
