DescriptionSorry did not spend more time with Blagden in town. Thanks Blagden for sending the mare, which has now arrived, although she is in a poor state. Discusses concretions found in the stomachs of some horses. Describes spending some time with Herschel at Dr Watson's house. Gives Mr Hornsby's negative opinion of Herschel. Dr Maskelyne is fully convinced of Herschel's merits.
