DescriptionConcerning the state in which her house was returned to her. Mr Gloster witnessed agreement for rent of four guineas a month. Assures her he left the room in as good condition as he found it. Accuses the cleaners of mischief. Will pay for any damage once he is convinced that he is responsible. Discusses the behaviour of his servants. Asks her to show this letter to Major Gregg.
