TitleLetter from Yves Delage, Faculte des Sciences, Sorbonne, University of Paris, to [the Secretary of the Royal Society]
Date3 November 1918
DescriptionReferrring to a letter of 19 December 1917, the Society agreed its subscription of £60 for a table at the Roscoff Station for the year 1918. In that letter he was kind enough to say that he would raise the matter of the Society's 1919 subscription in due course, and Delage would like him to do so now. This time, although the Roscoff was open and working normally, no English scientist came. This is understandable under the circumstances, but with victory in sight, he has no doubt that the occupation of the English table will be effected.
