TitleCopy letter from A. Becke, Akademie der Wissenschaften in Wien [Vienna Academy], to the Royal Society
Date3 February 1923
DescriptionInforms the Royal Society that Dr Rudolf Poch, Professor of Anthropology at the Vienna Academy, has died, and has left half his property to the Vienna Academy. This was left to them in order to publish Poch's anthropological and ethnographical works on South Africa, New Guinea and prisoner of war camps. Asks the Royal Society if it could use its influence in London to secure Poch's shares, considering the scientific use they will be put to.
