DescriptionStates that he [Arthur Schuster] went to The Hague in September as a representative of Great Britain at the meeting of the Permanent Commission and General Assembly of the International Seismic Association. Forwards:
A. The Agenda of the meeting of the Permanent Commission
B. The Agenda of the meeting of the General Assembly
C. A list of a number of discourses which were delivered.
Summarises the decisions made at the meeting, including the fact that Schuster was elected President of the Association for four years, Professor Forel of Lausanne was elected Vice President, and that the next meeting would be in Switzerland in autumn 1909.
