States that the Association still has six yeas to run. Informs the Treasury that the United States and France have both joined for the whole period, and that Great Britain's withdrawal would cause serious inconvenience - partly because Arthur Schuster is President of the Association until 1912, and the next meeting will take place in Manchester in 1911. Hopes that the Government will continue forming part of the Association. |
