DescriptionAcknowledges receipt of Sir Herbert Jekyll's letter informing the Royal Society of the proposed plan to hold an International Commission on Electrical Units and Standards, in London at the end of October. Informs the Board of Trade that the Royal Society's Council has ajourned for the vacation, but that they are willing to help in preliminary arrangements. Expresses willingness that the sittings of the Commission should be held in the Royal Society's rooms, on Dr [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook's advice.
