DescriptionRefers to the communication between the Royal Society and Professor [Herbert Hall] Turner of the Oxford University Observatory, regarding printing the Oxford portion of the [International] Astrographic Catalogue. Forwards a form of decree, on behalf of the Vice Chancellor: that if the Stationary Office will pay half the cost of printing the Oxford portion of the [International] Astrographic Catalogue, then as long as the overall total does not exceed £1400, Oxford University will pay the other half.
