DescriptionInforms the Air Ministry that the Royal Society have fully considered the recommendations of the Sub-Committee of the Meteorological Committee. Thinks that a balance should be maintained between the administrative and scientific sides of the proposed new Meteorological Committee. Proposes that the recommendations should be amended to make sure that the Vice-chairman is a scientific man allotted from among the three representatives of the Royal Society and the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
