DescriptionAsking if the Society had any objection to his publishing Sir William Hardy's letter of 1922. He does not like it stated that he has made false charges against the Royal Society. His paper was read to the Royal Society in 1890 giving details of his lamp construction and his objections to the wool test for colour blindness. He asks if the Society would object to his publishing the 1890 paper.
