TitleMinutes of a Joint Meeting of Royal Society Committee Chairmen
Date8 January 1903
DescriptionChairmen of the Physiological Sectional Committee, the Zoological Sectional Committee and the Botanical Sectional Committee, making three recommendations to Council of the Royal Society. 1. The Society should give approval to the establishment of a biological station at Bermuda, since its position would afford exceptional facilities for research. 2. The Society should do all in its power to encourage naturalists to take up the opportunity for research there. 3. An annual subscription for maintenance would be appropriate, if it was understood to give the Society the right to nominate to a table.

Signed by Harry Marshall Ward, William Dobinson Halliburton and William Bateson.
