TitleLetter from Sydney John Hickson, Ellesmere House, Withington, to Sir Archibald Geikie
Date3 July 1909
DescriptionHe has been asked to send Geikie a resolution for the consideration of Council of the Royal Society. Professor Ewart was present at the meeting and would be able to answer any questions about it. Hickson is about to go abroad and therefore any communication with him might be delayed. Not all zoologists were consulted for approval, as usual, since it was considered important to submit the resolution before the next Council meeting. However, the committee was representative of zoologists.
