DescriptionHe understands that the Board of Education has sent a copy of the Birkbeck College scheme to the Royal Society. One important change is that the constitution of the Governing Body should be modified by the addition of representatives. The present Governors would welcome these changes. He sends a copy of the Calendar for the session 1908-9 and offers to supply any further information.
