TitleMemorandum by Sir Patrick Manson
Date17 November 1904
DescriptionProposes that £1000 per year of the money at the disposal of the Secretary of State for the Colonies should be given to the London School of Tropical Medicine to furnish salaries for a teacher and investigator of both protozoology and helminthology, and to fit out suitable laboratories and museums for teaching these. Writes out balances for this scheme. Thinks that it would greatly assist the colonies in the management of epizootics.
