The Royal Society will provied a room, but not furmiture: Lucas asks if furniture can be found reasonably and the bill sent to the Managing Committee. Stationary should be provided on the same terms and headed 'Sleeping Sickness Bureau - Royal Society'. Postage to be paid and refunded. Typing and clerical assistance to be provided and refunded in three months. The question of printing may arise later.
