DescriptionHauksbee briefly describes observations on some metal cubes, delivered to him by Dr [Hans] Sloane, and compares them with equivalent weights of water. He presents a table showing the weight of the cubes in air, the weight of the cubes in water and these weights 'in proportion to their like bulks of water'. Note reads 'see April 17 1711'.
