DescriptionCommittee appointed by minute of Couoncil at meeting of 4 December 1924 ' Read a letter from Sir Sidney Harmer, stating that the Zoological Record Association had passed a resolution requesting the Royal Society to convene a meeting of representative Biologists to discuss the technical organization of an American scheme for recording and abstracting biological literature.
Resolved:- That the following be appointed a Committee to take evidence and report to Council upon the scheme - Sir David Prain, (Chairman); Professor V H Blackman; Dr H H Dale; Professor F W Gamble; And Professor E S Goodrich '
