Matters discussed;
1. Minutes of meeting on 14 February 1964 confirmed, with amendment

2. Technologists in the Royal Society - approved increase in number of FRS elected annually raised from 25 to 32; suggested candidature of a technologist should be supported by a statement of his achievements

3. Lectures for schoolchildren - received report of meeting held on 12 March 1964 between the Royal Society, the Royal Institution, the British Association and the Engineering Institutions.

4. Conference for schoolmasters at Cambridge in 1965 - title and speakers discussed

5. Association for Science Education - agreed report [TC/7 (64)] on discussions with Science Education to be considered after the Cambridge Conference.

6. Meeting of Industrialists - chairman invited Professors Gabor and D W Holder to join him in an informal discussion on salaries paid to industrialists inindustry

7. Lectures on Technology at Royal Societey Ordinary Meetingsw - two ectures included in theHooke Committee's proposals for 1965;
7i. Discussion on 'Advanced Methods of Energy Conversin' ( Sir Christopher Hinton, Dr L Rotherham)
7ii. Lecture or discussion on some aslpects fo the work of the Culham Laboratory of the Atomic Energy Authority (Dr J B Adams, Sir William Penney)

8. Evening Lecture on Technology
8i. Two special lectures proposed in the evening for Fellows, industrialists and others, costs borne by the Society
8ii. Hooke Committee had proposed five topics for these evening lectures. [Listed]

9. University training in electircal engineering - consideration given to two papers by Proessor F C Williams TC/21 (63) and TC/22 (63). Agreed Mr Feilden to be invited tocomment on these papers and the matter discussed as the main theme at the next meeting of the committee.
