Lists committee business, including a letter from the Colonial Office enclosing a despatch from British Central Africa on steps taken to collect information on Malaria and Blackwater Fever; a resolution that the Colonial Office should communicate with the three researchers the terms of their appointments; reports from Drs Christopher and Stephens on their experiences in Italy, and Dr Daniels' account of his meeting with the African Lakes Corporation; a statement from Ray Lankester offering the services of the British Museum in identifying mosquitoes, and offering his code drawn up for the researchers to help identify species. p20-22.
