Matters discussed;
1. Read and signed minutes of previously circulated meeting

2. Committee considered, and approved, plans by Sir Herbert Baker and Mr Scott for the Parsons Memorial Library. Authority given to proceed. Suggestions for detailed imporvement put forward for consideration at a later stage.

3. Draft report considered by the Committee, who agreed it should be signed by each member of the Committee and sent to the Secretaries of all the Institutions represented on the main committee marked "For the attention of Council"; should also be sent to those individuals who represented the various institutions.

4. Reported by Chairman that he had interviewed the Dean of Westminster with regard to the Abbey Memorial. Committee decided to retain in their Report the paragraph reporting their decision to defer any action until 1940, that is, ten years after Sir Charles Parsons' death, when they hoped that it would be possible to arrange for a wall plaque. Agreed that the Dean should be asked to put on record his general approval, for the information of his Chapter.

5. Agreed that an account of their action in connection with the Incorporated Municipal Electrical Association should be removed from the body of their Report, and a modified statemetn made into a brief Appendix. It was also agreed to make the necessary alterations in the Financial Statement.

6. Several small alterations were made in the Report, and agreed the note with regard to the expenses borne by the Royal Society should be removed from the Financial Statement and put as a separate statement above the signatures of all the members of the Committee except the Chairman's.
