Points out the importance of anophele control in controlling malaria; describes the known conditions for the sort of anophele known to carry malaria; suggests the need for an experimental approach in determining insect behaviour. Proposes a research plan under 'a young experimental zoologist' if such can be found. Believes there is a good laboratory in Assam for the purpose. p39-41.
