2. Letter from Mr H C Bazett of Philadelphia handed in by Dr Dale, stating that the Publication Committee had not yet met to take any actiton on the question of including Biochemical Abstracts in the scheme.

3. The following attended and gave their views with regard to the American scheme; Sir Sidney Harmer, Zoological Record Associatin; Mr H W Dudley and Dr J A Gardiner of the Biochemical Society; Dr C L Evans and Dr J Mellanby of the Physiological Society; Mr A D Cotton of the British Mycological Society; Dr W Calman and Mr Ramsbottom of the Linnean Society; Dr R R Gates and Dr J Eyre of teh Royal Microscopical Society; Mr Robson and Mr J Gray of the Society for Experimental Biology
