1. Dr P C Mitchell and Mr Sherborne of the Zoological Society; Mr W Bateson; and Professor G Elliot Smith attended to give their views with regard to the scheme

2. 'The Committee proceeded to draft an outline of the report to be presented to Council and members were requested to send in paragraphs dealing with Sectional Divisions and International Cooperation. It was agreed that the report, as drafted, be circulated to the Committee for approval and submission to Council. '
