Committee business, including correspondence from Sir William Pope withdrawing his grant application for the dye sensitising research; the completion of the beta-eucaine work; a statement that the final report on the atropine work was being drawn up by Professor Robinson; decision to submit a general statement of the committee's work to the Royal Society Council; agreement that workers should be allowed to publish results obtained while working for the committee; a motion put forward by Dr Scott that a permanent committee of chemists who are Fellows be constituted; a resolution to express the committee's thanks to its secretary Professor Philip. p61-2.
